Quality standards 

The method of construction is the same as Hand tufted however the pile is made of Espirelle acrylic yarn: Espirelle is a special acrylic branded yarn of guaranteed consistent quality. Although difficult to distinguish with the naked eye there are large quality differences between different acrylic yarns. Espirelle is a thermo-fixed two-ply yarn spun at high revolutions. It has excellent resilience and a natural "wool look". Espirelle distinguishes itself by large restorative capacity and easy maintenance. This makes Arte Espina carpets easy to clean; up to 90% of stains can be removed with water alone.
The high quality standards of all Arte Espina's collection is represented by the  Tüv  sticker which is placed on each rug's backing. The TÜV/TFI certificate guarantees that the rugs passes all standards concerning emissions and pollutants so that the customer gets a healthy and high quality product. The approval not only guarantees the quality of the rugs, but also indicates that no harmful products, emissions and odours are allowed. Rugs of Arte Espina are handmade to the highest standard under excellent working conditions and guaranteed without child.
